Luke (left) joined the Four Seasons team as a construction and tree foreman, and has since worked his way up to leading crews in both departments. He earned his Associates of Science in Arboriculture from The Stockbridge School at UMass followed by his Bachelors of Science in Community Forestry and began his career working for a local tree company. He learned that he enjoyed the landscape side of the industry while being in charge of new plantings and landscape designs, and wanted to expand his career. Luke’s current role at Four Seasons is Construction Supervisor and co-owner. He gets to meet with customers, devise plans, and help his crews execute exceptional designs.
Matt (center) started Four Seasons Property Maintenance back in 2008 after many years of working for himself as a one man show. He spent his teenage years helping his friends and neighbors with countless landscaping, snow plowing and handyman jobs. He studied business management at Greenfield Community College where he learned the skills necessary to build a solid foundation and a company that now has nearly 40 employees. Matt enjoys working with his customers and seeing his crews bring their ideas into reality. His wealth of knowledge from many years of experience in the industry has helped his business grow and flourish.
Cody (right) joined the Four Seasons team as a mow crew member but quickly worked his way up to Team Leader. He partook in the Landscape Horticulture Program in high school which allowed him to work and be exposed to many different parts of the field. After taking a few years off from Four Seasons to try something new, he rejoined the team as Head of Operations and has moved his way up to General Manager and co-owner. Today, Cody plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations as well as customer relations. His leadership and ability to keep company morale high is a crucial component that is typically hard to find.
